Travis Owen

Travis was born and raised just outside of Middletown, Missouri. He spent his childhood in the outdoors hunting and working on the family farm. After graduatation he hit the road as a pipefitter hunting from state to state on his days off. In 2021 Mr. Owen moved back to Missouri purchasing his first piece of ground with his wife in Lincoln County, MO.  During the off season he enjoys improving habitat for the local wildlife and has extensive knowledge on timber stand improvement, invasive species removal, or putting fire to use on the landscape.  Travis has a wealth of outdoor knowledge from hunting, farming, and dirt work and a passion for helping others succeed no matter what their goals are. From setting up a property for more efficient hunting and higher likelihood of encounters with target game species, to solving erosion problems with soil conservation efforts, or creating land improvements he is eager to help you every step of the way in your Eastern Missouri land intentions.

Joe Orf

Born and raised in Northeast Missouri, a passion for the outdoors was instilled in Joe at a young age. In 2014, Joe started his guiding career in the Texas panhandle, but soon returned to the Midwest to guide for several top rated outfitters. Along with his guiding career, Joe was a very successful contest caller. With wins all over the US including the 2011 Jr World Goose Calling Championship and the 2015 World 2-man Goose Calling Championship. In 2018 Joe took an opportunity that allowed him to be more involved in his true passion, managing and farming one of the most well known hunting farms in Pike County, IL. Joe has extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of areas from property management, farming, land improvements, hunting, and timber stand improvement. He specializes in hunting farms, country homes with acreage, tillable acreage, and recreational property. Joe is very passionate about Northeast Missouri, and preserving it for the next generation. He would love to assist you with all of your real estate needs or help you take your property to its highest level!

Brad Anderson

Coming from a poultry and cattle farm in central Missouri, Brad was raised with hard work and a love for the outdoors. He spent his early years hunting and fishing near the Lake of the Ozarks on his family farm. Brad’s biggest passion was Archery, which led him to events competing in many different states across the country.

Moving to the Springfield area, Brad started his own successful business where he worked for 17 years. After buying his own land and raising two sons to appreciate the outdoors, he sold his company and decided to start a new chapter in life.

With a love for farmland, hunting properties, and everything outdoors, Brad teamed up with High Point Land Company to help others find their dream of owning their own ground and achieving their individual goals. Bryce Brunz

Born and raised in Mankato, MN, Bryce grew up in an active family both in the gym and in the outdoors.  His passion for hunting and fishing developed at a young age and has carried throughout his life.  His countless hours on the basketball court paid off when he achieved much success in high school and in college. After playing two seasons at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, two additional seasons at University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Mo, and living in Perth, Western Australia, Bryce returned home to pursue a career in education and construction. During that time he developed a love for real estate, having his own home inspection business and shared investment properties. He followed his passion for outdoors and real estate, Bryce is thrilled to be working at High Point Land Company as a Minnesota Land Specialist. He lives in Le Sueur, MN with his wife Jamie and two daughters, Remi Raye and Indie Jane.  If you or someone you know is interested in buying or selling land in South Central Minnesota, Bryce serves Le Sueur, Nicollet, Sibley, and Redwood counties.  He would love the opportunity to assist you!

Carrinton Hunt

Born and raised in North Central Iowa, Carrinton grew up in a family full of hunters and farmers. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2021 with a Marketing Management degree. After graduating, she obtained her Iowa Real Estate License. Carrinton served the Cedar Valley as a full-time residential real estate agent before joining High Point Land Company. Carrinton brings energy, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills to High Point Land Company. She currently resides in Cedar Falls, Iowa. When she’s not in the office, you can find her in the deer stand, on the golf course, or hanging out with her two chocolate labs, Wrigley and Waylon. 

Jessica Carolan

Born and raised in Northeast Iowa, Jessica grew up on her family’s acreage surrounded by livestock. Jessica is currently a senior at Iowa State University majoring in Agricultural Business. She has had the opportunity to experience many different positions in the AG Industry. She worked for a local swine farmer in the farrowing unit and recently interned at a cooperative last summer. She is excited to be a part of our team this summer and learn more about the real estate and management side of farming. In her free time, Jessica loves spending time at the lake and in the hunting stand.
