Carrinton Hunt is the Sales Manager at High Point Land Company, where she plays a key role in driving growth, developing agents, and overseeing land transactions across the Midwest. Born and raised in North Central Iowa, Carrinton grew up surrounded by agriculture, hunting, and rural land ownership - an upbringing that naturally led her into the land real estate industry.
Carrinton graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Marketing Management before beginning her real estate career in the Cedar Valley. She quickly transitioned into land real estate, where she found her passion in helping landowners navigate some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.
Today, Carrinton leads our sales team ensuring all of our clients receive a high level of service, communication, and results. She is actively involved in hundreds of land transactions annually. Known for her strong attention to detail, and client-first approach, Carrinton is committed to delivering a professional and seamless experience for every client High Point serves.
Carrinton resides in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, golfing, traveling, and being with her fiance, Ethan, and their dog, Sonny.
