Sean, who grew up in Southwest Minnesota, has a solid foundation in agriculture. He obtained a degree in Ag Systems Technology from SDSU and spent 8 years working in the ag equipment industry as an equipment sales consultant and precision ag specialist. Sean is also actively involved in farming corn and soybeans on his family farm, which has given him a deep appreciation for fertile and productive land. Sean has always had an interest in real estate, and he and his wife recently invested in their own rural property. He resides in Worthington, MN with his wife and three daughters, Sean enjoys spending his free time outdoors hunting and fishing. He is eager to assist you in meeting your land real estate needs successfully!

Jake Mestad
Jake was born and raised in Elgin, MN and has spent his life hunting and fishing across SE Minnesota and beyond. After graduating from RCTC with his degree in Building Utilities Mechanics, Jake became a licensed plumber and HVAC tech. This career gave him extensive experience working on commercial and residential properties and allowed him to build many relationships with property owners across SE Minnesota. Jake and his wife have flipped multiple properties and have a passion for real estate investing along with a passion for hunting land. These passions led him to joining the High Point team to help others build generational wealth through real estate.
Paul Lauer
Growing up in Nisswa, Minnesota, Paul was blessed to spend most of his time hunting the bid woods of northern Minnesota and fishing the pristine waters that surround the Brainerd Lakes area. Paul’s father, Mike, played a tremendous role in his life and is responsible for introducing him and his brother to the great outdoors. That early introduction lead their family on countless hunting adventures all across the country. In 2008, Paul along with his dad and brother, were given the opportunity to hunt and film for Midwest Whitetail where they spent several years filming their hunting adventures. Since then, Paul has been a part of several other hunting shows within the hunting industry. Those opportunities led him to hunting and managing some of the best properties throughout the Midwest. and also gave him the opportunity to meet and network with some of the best people within the hunting community. From his 20 plus years of sales experiment to his love for “all things outdoors”, his passion for deer hunting and land management have led him to High Point Land Company. So whether your dream is that perfect cabin on the lake, or planting your feet on that perfect dream farm, Paul has the knowledge and the passion to help make those dreams a reality.
Kyle Lopez
Kyle was born to the Hall family and the Hall Family Ranch which has been in the family for 100+ years now. As a fifth generation rancher born and raised in the teller county area of Colorado land, ranching and hunting have been engrained in him since birth. Kyle spent his college years at Colorado State which eventually led him to meeting some important business contacts he still has today. In 2014 one of those business contacts approached Kyle and suggested he start his own outfitting business. Between his vast knowledge of hunting and his numerous connections within the hunting industry both domestic and worldwide, Kyle opened the doors of KB Outdoors Inc. During his time as an outfitter, he has learned how to better manage wildlife in conjunction with other ranching endeavors. Now he has decided to take his knowledge to the next level and offer his services to the Real Estate field. Kyle specializes in Hunting land and Cattle Ranches in Colorado. Whether you are looking to buy or sell a ranch of any size, or even gain some insight into hunting and ranching Kyle is eager to talk to you!
Garrett Halama
Garrett grew up on a farm outside of Whitehall, WI in Trempealeau County where hunting and fishing became his passion at a very young age. He grew up spending time chasing turkeys and whitetail deer out in the woods with his father. Garrett also enjoys fishing for walleyes and spends a lot of time trout fishing! Garrett is married to his amazing wife Emily, and they have a beautiful 6 month old daughter. Garrett and his family reside in Pigeon Falls, WI about 3 miles from his family farm. In the previous years up to going into real estate, Garrett was an apprentice electrical lineman and he decided to chase his passion of working with hunting and farming by becoming a Land Agent with High Point Land Company!
Trevor Glomski
Native of Southeast Minnesota, Trevor Glomski, grew up on the Mississippi River enjoying the great outdoors. Trevor’s greatest love is walleye fishing, bowhunting whitetail in the Midwest and chasing elk out west. At an early age hard work was instilled in him by relatives and family friends who farmed and managed property. This is where he fell in love with land and the stewardship of improving a property. He devotes himself to learning and honing his skills/techniques to improve his trade, archery, family’s farmland, and hunting experiences. He enjoys sharing all of these outlets to inspire and motivate people to be the very best they can be. Trevor graduated from Concordia University St. Paul in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. After a small stint playing indoor professional football and chasing after playing in the NFL, Trevor began his career in sales and operations. Trevor has been married to his wife Jacqueline for 4 years, and they have 2 children, Kynlee and Knox. Recently, Trevor has been in commercial construction project management, and is now excited to bring his skills and work ethic to High Point Land Company providing a great experience for buyers and sellers of land.
