Jacob Hart, founder of High Point Land Company, has extensive experience in both land brokerage and real estate investment. Mr. Hart purchased his first rental property just out of high school and focused on building a real estate investment portfolio within walking distance of the Mayo Clinic. Young in the real estate business Hart worked for the national auction firm Ameribid out of Tulsa, Oklahoma where he assisted with large package real estate dispersals selling hundreds of properties at auction in a single day. Jacob attended SDSU, World Wide College of Auctioneering and was elected President of the Minnesota Realtors Land institute in 2017.Harts desire to create the best land real estate and auction firm in the country is evident. He believes if you are selling something you should believe in it and invest in it yourself. His passion is in land investment and training land agents to build great a business and a great life for themselves in the process.

Growing up in southeastern Minnesota, Lucas was born and raised in Elgin and has spent his life in the woods with friends and family. After graduating from Winona State with a Biology degree, he moved to Baton Rouge, LA for two years, producing hunting shows for outdoor television. Through this he gained a vast knowledge of hunting and land/wildlife management, while building a great buyer pool from around the country. He then moved home to pursue his career in real estate, specializing in selling hunting ground. Originally from Rochester, MN Kevin graduated from Mayo HS. Following his family ties in law enforcement he continued on to law enforcement school in Alexandria, MN and in 1986 he started investing Real Estate. Kevin has owned, operated, and managed Dairy Queens, storage complexes, laundromats, farms and rental properties his entire adult life. He also has a great knowledge base on finance and liability from his 15 year career in banking and insurance.

Nick has spent his entire career in Agriculture and has been fortunate enough to work with clients all across the country and beyond; from the pivots of Southern Kansas, to the plains of Western Canada.

Growing up in New Hampton, IA, Nick and his wife wanted to raise their family close to home and have continued to reside in Northern Iowa. Shortly after finishing college at The University of Northern Iowa, Nick started investing in land. After a number of his own farm land transactions, he decided to follow his passion and join the High Point team! Whether it’s buying or selling land, Nick understands what it takes to get it done right, and looks forward to working with you!

Growing up in Eastern Iowa, Matt has a long history of enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. After playing football for the Hawkeyes and graduating from the University of Iowa with a Geoscience degree, Matt continued his football career in the NFL for 6 years. After traveling the country while playing football, Matt and his wife knew they wanted to move home and raise a family in Eastern Iowa. Matt has a passion for scouting and hunting whitetail deer and appreciates the ability for Iowa land to provide many opportunities. After a number of his own land transactions, Matt decided to follow his passion and obtain a real estate license in the State of Iowa and join the High Point team! Growing up in New Hampton, IA Noah was the youngest of four brothers. Noah took every opportunity he could to spend time outdoors and was very involved in athletics. He attended Iowa State University, where he developed a love for farm ground. Noah married his 7th Grade sweetheart and moved to Cedar Falls, IA where he currently resides. Noah primarily focuses on helping Families handle estate sales and selling row crop ground located in Central Iowa.
