Jacob Hart, founder of High Point Land Company, has extensive experience in both land brokerage and real estate investment. Mr. Hart purchased his first rental property just out of high school and focused on building a real estate investment portfolio within walking distance of the Mayo Clinic. Young in the real estate business Hart worked for the national auction firm Ameribid out of Tulsa, Oklahoma where he assisted with large package real estate dispersals selling hundreds of properties at auction in a single day. Jacob attended SDSU, World Wide College of Auctioneering and was elected President of the Minnesota Realtors Land institute in 2017.Harts desire to create the best land real estate and auction firm in the country is evident. He believes if you are selling something you should believe in it and invest in it yourself. His passion is in land investment and training land agents to build great a business and a great life for themselves in the process.

Nick has spent his entire career in Agriculture and has been fortunate enough to work with clients all across the country and beyond; from the pivots of Southern Kansas, to the plains of Western Canada.
Growing up in New Hampton, IA, Nick and his wife wanted to raise their family close to home and have continued to reside in Northern Iowa. Shortly after finishing college at The University of Northern Iowa, Nick started investing in land. After a number of his own farm land transactions, he decided to follow his passion and join the High Point team! Tanner Knowlton, BA
Originally from New Hampton, IA, Tanner is a graduate from the University of Northern Iowa with bachelor degrees in both Real Estate and Finance with an emphasis in Personal Wealth Management. Growing up in Northeast Iowa has instilled a tremendous work ethic in Tanner as well as a passion for friends, family, and the outdoors. Matt Tobin
Growing up in Eastern Iowa, Matt has a long history of enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. After playing football for the Hawkeyes and graduating from the University of Iowa with a Geoscience degree, Matt continued his football career in the NFL for 6 years. After traveling the country while playing football, Matt and his wife knew they wanted to move home and raise a family in Eastern Iowa. Matt has a passion for scouting and hunting whitetail deer and appreciates the ability for Iowa land to provide many opportunities. After a number of his own land transactions, Matt decided to follow his passion and obtain a real estate license in the State of Iowa and join the High Point team! Growing up in Northeast Iowa, Ethan grew a passion for chasing whitetail deer and wild turkeys at a young age. Deciding to turn this passion into a career, Ethan traveled all over the world capturing hunts with a camera. Fast forward to today, Ethan has continued his passion outdoors and will continue to work in the outdoor space selling farms in Iowa.
Elliott Vandenberg
Elliott grew up in Southeast Iowa and was raised on a small family farm. Growing up he spent his free time hunting and fishing. After high school, he attended college in Northeast Missouri at Culver-Stockton College. Elliott graduated with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and a master’s degree in Business Administration. After college, his obsession and drive for the outdoors took him to Wyoming. Elliott worked as a state trooper and obtained his real estate license. He enjoyed spending most of his time in the mountains backpacking and hunting. While in Wyoming, he bought a farm in southeast Iowa knowing that he eventually wanted to raise his family where he had grown up. Elliott has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hunting, habitat improvements, and setting your farm up to be as efficient and profitable as possible. He understands the benefits of investing in land from his own personal experiences.
