Taylor Pedersen

Growing up on a farm near Humboldt, Iowa, Taylor has always had a passion for agriculture. Throughout his childhood, you could find him helping raise livestock, corn and soybeans or working alongside his father. Taylor attended the University of Northern Iowa where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in construction management. After graduating in 2016, Taylor moved back to north central Iowa, to work as a project manager for a large commercial general contractor. During that time, he began buying, selling and managing his own real estate properties. As Taylor’s passion for real estate grew, he decided to join the High Point Team. Taylor currently lives on an acreage near Livermore, IA with his wife Heidi and their two daughters Sutton and Reagan. He enjoys hunting, fishing, & helping on the farm.
