Joe Hansbery

Raised in Southwest Wisconsin, Joe spent his youth outdoors with his family and friends. Hunting turkeys and whitetails quickly escalated from being a passion to a way of life. Collecting new local permission properties, and traveling out West for hunting, became a must for him as he expanded on the hobby he loved . After pursuing an education in Network Administration, he spent the next 10 years in Professional Services including: Systems Engineering & Financial Services. Joe will bring his knowledge and experience from past service to every relationship that he will build at High Point Land Company. With his focus on the buyers and sellers, his goal is to provide the best experience possible. Eric Halvorson

Growing up Central Wisconsin, Eric has spent his life hunting and fishing with his father, who introduced him to the great outdoors. Eric enjoys any activities that get him outside and travels out west to hunt as much as possible. Eric is passionate about hunting, agriculture, and leaving the land better than he found it for future generations to enjoy. His counties are Crawford, Monroe, Richland, and Vernon. Jason Feiner

Growing up on a dairy farm in South Central Wisconsin, Jason always enjoyed everything outdoors from a young age on. His passion was mainly chasing big whitetail bucks. At his young age, he developed a respect for the animals and the wooded hills of the drift less area. He believes that caring for the animals and the land and giving back is very important. This is evident because of the thousands of trees he has planted, TSI work for animal food and shelter, as well as CRP plantings and land management projects. Jason joining a company like High Point Land Company is a perfect fit and something he always dreamt about being a part of, with a team of others with similar passions and goals. His knowledge of farming, woodsman ship, and land management projects will definitely be of great value to his future clients at High Point Land Company.

Pat Sifert

Pat was born and raised in Algona Iowa, after getting married to Kay they moved to Texas for 9 years where he sold acreage tracks, he also worked at Ft Worth Auto Auction. After their twins were born and getting ready to start school they moved back to Algona where he currently resides with his wife Kay. After returning to Iowa Pat decided to go to Auctioneer school at Missouri Auction School and immediately started doing Auctions of land, farm equipment, collectables, tools, benefit and household. He has been doing auctions for over 40 years. He has 2 grandchildren that live close by and he enjoys ice fishing and golf along with being with family. Pat is a dedicated family man and has a tremendous work ethic. He is ready to assist you with all your buying and selling of land in Iowa.

Randy Thompson

Randy grew up on a farm outside of Lu Verne, IA in Kossuth County the youngest of 6 children. Raising corn, soybeans, hogs and cattle gave him experience and love for the farm life and instilled a work ethic in him at an early age. He attended Iowa State University where he had an All-American career as a sprinter on the Cyclones Track team and also received his BS degree in Exercise Science. After high school, he took a job as a Marketing Representative for a crop insurance company where he spent over 15 years traveling and making himself familiar with all areas of the state of Iowa and calling on insurance agents. In 2013, he got married to his awesome wife Michelle and they currently reside in Reinbeck, IA with his 2 step sons Austin and Alan and a beloved golden retriever named Kensi. Randy has a passion for Iowa farms and pastureland, which he currently maintains in partnership a purebred Simmental cattle herd with his dad and brother. He enjoys spending time at his pasture, pheasant hunting, going on his annual Canada Fishing trip and spending quality time with his wife, step sons and extended family. After 20 years of working in Ag related careers, Randy decided to finally get his Iowa Real Estate license and join the High Point Team. He is excited to meet and work with you on any of your real estate needs!

Joel McCartan

Joel grew up on a farm near Pocahontas, Iowa that raised cows, hogs, and grew corn and soybeans.  Hunting, fishing, and especially trapping were some of his favorite pastimes growing up.  From age 14 to 15, Joel detasseled each summer, eventually switching over to building grain bins each summer until graduating from college.  He attended the University of Iowa where he went to film school and has worked on many film sets and does his own videography.  Not long after college, he worked as an independent contractor for years for several hog sites taking care of and choring for as many as 20,000 hogs daily.  In 2020, he got his real estate license and uses his knowledge in photography and videography to apply himself for marketing homes, acreages, and fields.  As a licensed drone pilot since 2019, he utilizes the sky as a point of view advantage for sellers and potential buyers.  Joel is currently living in Milford, Iowa, and is a real estate agent and land specialist in northwest Iowa happy and ready to serve you!

Alex McCabe

Originally from Minnesota, Alex grew up on his family farm near Preston, MN. After graduating college Alex started his career in agricultural banking in Harmony then moved to Cresco IA. Alex’s focus area is Howard County, IA, Mitchell County, IA, Winneshiek County, IA and Allamakee County, IA. Mitchell Kruger

Growing up in Southeast Minnesota on a farm just outside of Plainview; Mitchell spent a lot of time helping out on the family farm, and enjoying the many aspects that country life had to offer! After graduating high school from Plainview-Elgin-Millville, Mitchell went to study at UW-River Falls where he played football for two years, and pursued a degree in sports management. After two years, he decided to come back home and try and give back to the farming community that he grew up with. Mitchell started working for a drainage company as a Staker/Project Designer and spent a fair amount of time in the western part of the state! Now Mitchell is turning these experiences and knowledge he’s gathered into a career in real estate! His areas of service are: Freeborn, Martin, Waseca, Blue Earth, and Fairbault counties! Luke Mitchell

Luke is a Ralls County native, born and raised on a small family farm just outside Perry, Missouri. He knew very early he wanted to be outdoors and hunting. Luckily in 2014, Luke began running a video camera and marketing for an outdoors television show on the Sportsman Channel. He turned hunting into a career and never looked back. Through work on the show, Luke has been blessed to travel all across the country and meet a tremendous amount of great people. He has been on a lot of different land and farms and learned what it takes to have a great hunting or outdoor experience. With this experience and his love of the outdoors, helping people buy and sell land just seemed right. Luke got his real estate license and has been blessed to work with and receive mentorship from some of the very best and have become a multi-million-dollar producer.
