Description

Description

Excited to bring this 65+/- acre Vernon County property to market! Nestled along the winding Bad Axe River, this property is located between two towering ridge systems to the North and South. This property is a natural funnel for wildlife and should not be overlooked with the diverse habitat that it provides. The tall grasses conceal the rippling current of the Bad Axe River which meanders throughout the property and flows into the Mississippi River only a couple miles downstream. The river is known for its great fishing and provides plenty of structure along its banks. The river banks are lined with timber which makes for ideal tree stand locations to observe whitetail deer move throughout the property. Natural grassland extends outward mixing in with a few wet areas creating plenty of cover for pheasants, geese, deer and all wildlife. You won't want to miss the gorgeous views this property has to offer.
