High Point Land Company is honored to offer the Goering Family Loving Trust farmland to be sold at live and online public auction Tuesday, March 15th at 1:00pm. The auction will be held at the Lime Springs Community Center in Lime Springs, IA

This auction shall consist of 3 farms totaling 278.28 acres with 257.6 being certified cropland. Farmland in this area of northern Iowa seldom becomes available for purchase especially in the size of this offering. The farms shall be offered Choice with the privilege for the high bidder to choose any or all tracts until all farms have an established high bidder.

Farm 1: 79+/- Acres (74.9 Cropland) This nice farm lays beautifully with great access, long rows, flat, great exposure and excellent patterned tile system. The farm has 1.5 acres of Waterway CRP enrolled until 2029 at a rate of $292 annually. This farm has an excellent crop production history of high yielding corn and soybean rotations and also benefits from a wind lease paying an additional $535 annually.

Farm 2: 58.05+/- Acres (53.2 Cropland) This farm on its own or paired with either other farm offerings checks all the boxes for a nice farm investment.
