Pay: $55,000- 75,000 Salary

High Point Land Company is a market leader in farmland and recreational land real estate, with a national reputation for results. We are searching for a hands-on, results-driven Director of Content Strategy & Growth to take our brand and our team to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the vision: Own our content and campaign strategy across all digital channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Email Campaigns and more).
- Direct our creative team: Provide clear, actionable direction to in-house editors, videographers, and designers. Turning raw creative into high-performing, on-brand campaigns that drives social growth and brand recognition.
- Drive growth: Set and execute strategies that organically grow our following, generate viral engagement, and drive qualified leads and brand recognition.
- Leverage analytics: Dive into performance data, draw insights, and quickly adjust strategies for better results.
- Own the message: Develop campaign concepts and craft psychologically compelling copy that speaks to our core audiences, especially landowners
- Stay ahead: Monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and our industry, bring innovative campaign ideas to the table not just be told what to create.
- Collaborate: Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing to align content strategy with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of growing social channels with viral-level engagement.
- Experience providing direction and feedback to creative teams (not just doing the work yourself).
- Strong campaign-building instincts, with examples of content or campaigns that drove real business results.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of persuasion and audience psychology.
- Data-driven mindset; knows how to read, interpret, and act on analytics.
- Industry experience in real estate, agriculture, land, or related high-trust B2B/B2C fields strongly preferred.
- Organized, decisive, and collaborative, ready to take ownership in a fast-growing, mid-sized company.
