Pay Structure: $16 per hour
High Point Land Company is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Input Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to supporting our sales and operations teams by ensuring accurate, timely, and organized data across our internal systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, consistency, and process-driven work.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our internal systems
- Support sales teams and office staff by ensuring data is complete, organized, and accurate
- Assist with document organization, uploads, and data tracking related to land transactions
- Follow established systems and processes to ensure data integrity
- Communicate with internal team members with clarification
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive client information
- Support ongoing improvements to data quality and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively
- Tech savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and cloud based tools
- Ability to follow systems, checklists, and standard operating procedures
- Self-motivated, dependable, and consistent in performance
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team-player with willingness to support multiple departments
- Prior data entry experience, administrative, or office support experience preferred
