High Point Land Company is honored to present this 4,800 head Wean-to Finish Hog Facility in Palo Alto County, Iowa. This 6.18+/- Acre site is located just 1/4 mile off Highway 15 South of Whiteemore, Iowa. This hog facility is a turn-key operation. The building is 70 wide and 612 long with a total of 42,840 square feet. It includes 10 concrete pits that are 8 foot in depth, and 80'x60 with a total length of 600.
This tunnel vent barn was built in 1994 and remodeled in 2017. Included are 8-QC supply bulk feed bins and feeds, pipe, motors that were installed during the remodel in 2017.
