High Point Land Company is honored to present the McCormick Family Century Farm in Allamakee County, Iowa to be sold at live public auction on November 10, 2021 at the Harpers Ferry Community Center at 1:00 PM. This incredibly diverse farm located on Hwy 76 consists of 274+/- total Acres with 97+/- of that being certified cropland. We are pleased to be able to offer this property in multiple tracts.

While the tillable land has been a great producer for the family for many years, there are boundless opportunities for the non-tillable land on this property. The mature oak shaded pastures, including a large spring fed pond, are ready to be put back into operation.

This area is known for giant whitetails, and strong turkey populations.
