High Point Land Company is honored to present the John Marsden Family Farms located in Allamakee County, Iowa to be sold at live public auction, Tuesday Oct 19th, 2021 at 1pm. The auction shall take place at Allamakee County Fairgrounds in Waukon, Iowa at 705 Allamakee St NW, Waukon, IA 52172.

This area of Iowa is known for its excellent diversity and quality in agricultural as well as recreational opportunities. It is also, some of the most beautiful country the state has to offer. This 207.39+/- acres will be offered in 6 tracts of high-quality tillable acres, stunning buildable sites, large marketable timber, great hunting neighborhoods, ponds and a country home with multiple out buildings.

Farm 1

28.39+/-acres (26.34 tillable) Located in Center Township off Scenic Valley Rd. This tract is primarily open tillable land located on a top with one wide open field. The property has a well-kept access drive off a good road in close proximity to hard surfaced Elon Dr (A52). The soils on the property are the highly desired Fayette, Downs, and Dubuque silt loams offering a 56.2 CSR2 across the tillable acres with over 60% of the soils rating 72-80 CSR2 with nice open sun exposure and good drainage lay to it.
