For James, agriculture isn’t just an industry, it’s a way of life. Growing up in Webster City, Iowa, he learned early what it meant to work the land, respect it, and rely on the people who do the same. Those lessons shaped his entire career, beginning with years spent helping farmers choose the right seed and drainage tile. He didn't just sell products, he built relationships, swapping stories across shop floors and field edges, always listening, always learning.
That lifelong connection to rural Iowa naturally led James into real estate, where he now helps others find the farmland or hunting property that fits their goals and dreams. Whether someone is expanding their operation, investing in ground, or searching for a slice of land to enjoy, James brings a practical eye, an honest approach, and a deep understanding of what makes a property truly valuable.
James graduated from Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, but his real education came from growing up outdoors. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll most likely find him outside with his two kids and his Australian Shepherd, Nash or on the golf course, cheering on his favorite teams or out in the timber and fields during deer and pheasant season.
For James, helping people buy or sell land isn’t just a job. It’s a continuation of the life he’s lived, the places he loves, and the community that raised him.
