Growing up in southwest Iowa on a small farm, Chad’s obsession for the outdoors and hunting led him to the hunting industry for several years. In the early 2000s, Chad started Midwest Antler Company, a family run whitetail outfitting business in southwest Iowa. Running a full lodge and guiding clients every week quickly became a full time job. Meeting new clients and giving them opportunities to hunt Iowa has led to making lifelong friends.
With 20 plus years in the outdoor industry and years of land/wildlife management he decided to pursue an additional career in real estate. In 2025 he joined High Point Land Company and is looking forward to bringing his knowledge of hunting and farm properties to new clients.
