Angie Waltert

Born and raised on a farming family near Waverly, Angie graduated from Denver High School before earning her BA from the University of Northern Iowa. Over the years, she has called several places home — from Georgia to Minnesota to Colorado.

Angie transitioned into real estate after building a strong client community as an esthetician. When she returned to Eastern Iowa, her farm background and deep connection to rural life naturally led her to pursue land real estate with High Point.

In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking in Colorado, and traveling whenever possible. She’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping landowners navigate important decisions.
