Responsibilities Include:

• Work on-site at our Waverly, IA office while also managing fieldwork.
• Attend local community events, auctions, field days, and trade shows to meet qualified references and network with potential clients.
• Cold call and engage potential clients to build your network of buyers and sellers.
• Facilitate land sales transactions, ensuring seamless processes from listing to closing.
• Educate clients about the value of land and guide them through the complexities of land ownership and transactions.
• Attend industry conferences and events to stay up to date on the latest trends and connect with industry leaders.
• Collaborate with the broader High Point Land Company team to achieve business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds or can obtain an Iowa Real Estate License.
• Passionate about land real estate and enjoys connecting with landowners, farmers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with a proven ability to build relationships.
